Hotelrestaurantsupply.com HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Manitowoc UY-0140W

I would never buy from this place again. I bought a Manitowoc Ice Machine from them in July. On their website it shows its in stock. Took 2 WEEKS before I received it. Now, the merchandise arrives and the carrier drops off the ice machine and quickly has one of my employees sign it without giving them a chance to inspect it and left. I arrive to my business 5 minutes and open the box and its damage! I called HOTELRESTAURANTSUPPLY.COM immediately about the situation. They didn't seem like it was a big deal. They told me to take pictures of the damage and they will take care of it. 1 day goes by no response..2 days goes by no response. So I called them and asked them whats the situation. They ask me if I can provide them another picture because the first one wasnt clear enough? Done. 1 day goes by no response, 2 day goes by no response. From there website it states that if there is damage to the product to called them immediately or within 3 days that someone should come out to inspect the damage. Well that was about 1 week that they inform of this. I called 5 days every day asking for status to finally I emailed their managers. And when one of their reps did call me back, they told me to keep it and just get the part replaced. Now I looked at this machine and in order to replace that piece, I would have to take the whole machine apart. NO WAY was I doing that. I asked them, what am I suppose to do with this damage machine.. NO ANSWERS on how they can resolve this problem. They were definitely not taking it back and they were no gonna give any discount on it. All I got from them was sorry cant help you.. your problem that you didnt check. Nothing we can do. So they take no blame for this and nor does the carrier... Who gets screwed? The customer! WOW! So I have this $1500 damaged Iced Machine sitting here for a few months now. THANKS HRS!
