When I looked past last years bank statements ( in particular October of 2016), while preparing 2016 tax information I discovered two unknown charges that Bizrate paid on a account that did not belong to me. My bank said I was past the 90 day dispute time, and that I'd have to call Bizrate. Bizrate said I'd have to call the number for which the money went to which turned out to be an electric company in North Carolina. I live in Maine. This charge came out for the same amount twice in one day. The electric company could not help me as they had no account to look under. Back To Bizrate who said I would need my bank to dispute the charge along with a police report??? What is going on here. I got over $100 .00 charge and taken from my account and no one can give a damn to help me. It's wrong, it's theft as far as Im concerned. No Idea would like advise how to pursue from here ..
