    When I looked past last years bank statements ( in particular October of 2016), while preparing 2016 tax information I discovered two unknown charges that Bizrate paid on a account that did not belong to me. My bank said I was past the 90 day dispute time, and that I'd have to call Bizrate. Bizrate said I'd have to call the number for which the money went to which turned out to be an electric company in North Carolina. I live in Maine.     I went back months ago and reviewed my bank statements and came across two charges on the same day in the same amount of #54.48 for a total $108.96. I discovered these charges in March as I was preparing my income taxes. I called my bank to dispute they said that it was to late as my complaint was past 90 days.   • Tommy John Men's Underwear

    Expensive, but very nice underwear and tee shirts - unfortunately, doesn't last past two years. Bought 9 sets over a few months; oldest is just over two years and have holes in the seats of half my underwear. And I'm not a big person - 5'11" and less than 170lbs.   • Petco grooming Philipsburg NJ

    Called the afternoon before dog grooming appointment to tell us that they no longer will be grooming dogs over 13 years old. Our dog has been going once a week for 8 years. It was extremely difficult to make last minute appointments with other groomers. We always bought our other supplies at Petco during these visits. They are not the least expensive.     I just received a $100 reward and got 4 magazine subscriptions for one year. I gave my debit card info for a $2 processing fee.   • Terrible Return Shipping Policy

    I ordered cat food from Pet Food Direct for my kitty that was having trouble with throwing up his food. Friends told me to try grain free food. I ordered the food from Pet Food Direct. In the mean time I had to take my cat to the vet for a check up. He wasn't throwing up any more but doctor wanted to see him.     ORDER HAD GLARING ERRORS. Calls to remedy found no one available (it was a weekend--they only work during the week!). Calls during the week resulted in more than 35 minutes hold time--3 times!     Purchased a $200.00 Marucci wood baseball bat at 6pm friday, used the bat at 8pm. The bat cracked and gouged after one use, clearly defective!     I am not happy with this product. Caused my freezer door not to seal, and frost on the inside. Weak magnets very low quality aftermarket product.     Purchased a product online from on 1/1/2015 in which my credit card was charged the same day. Sent four emails to efaucet for a status on my order, whereupon efaucet responded on 1/7/2015 I would receive tracking information on my order within 24-48 hours. Emailed efaucet again on 1/12/2015 that unless I received tracking information on my order by the end of the day, I would be disputing the charge to my credit card.   • eFaucet gave no refund on returned faucet

    Customer service did not follow up to many inquiries of a returned faucet, as promised by the customer service reps I spoke with on the phone. Then over 4 months later they finally did reply to one of my many online requests saying the returned faucet had scratches and they would not return my money.     The foot part of the footie pajamas does not scale. Considering the feet is why I bought the footie pajamas it's an unfortunate flaw. My 4 year old son is tall and typically wears size 6 clothing so he is large. I ordered a size 8 so that he'd have room to grow into it.     Ordered bed 2 months ago was backordered when bed finally arrived it had the wrong hardware they never did reorder the hardware I had to call and get it orders myself a week later the hardware finally arrived upon further inspection of the bed found out it was missing a part so the bed was not put up.     After placing an order month and a half ago, I still have not received my checks. Called Bradford and was told the checks were shipped via US Postal Service on Thursday.     AWFUL RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This company is all about taking your money and then doing NOTHING to help you. When our plumber installed their brand new shower head into our new home - surprise surprise it was defective. You would think a company would try to make it right - instead they just pawned me off to Delta to handle any issues I had. I purchased a Cuisinart food processor from this 'company' as a gift and it arrived defective. I tried multiple times to call the number on their website, but no one ever answered. I also tried emailing a number of times and got no response. I then pulled out the paperwork that came with the order and saw it was sent by Beach Audio. I called them and they were very nice and sent me a postage paid return shipping label and was told to reorder the item, which I did in March 2, 2015. The new order has never been delivered and when I called Beach Audio today they had no record of it. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and they have been helpful in starting the process of getting my money back. They said this 'company' is not a company but rather an individual. I would hope Bizrate would pull the plug on any dealings with or as they are frauds.

Received counterfeit shoes from online store found on BizRate. I used to work for a company who sent a product feed to BizRate daily so I figured they would vet companies that sell through them. Put shoes up on eBay for sale and eBay removed the listing stating the shoes were fakes. Can't find phone number for BizRate, only option is to email customer service so will contact Shopzilla to find out if I have any recourse.
