    Expensive, but very nice underwear and tee shirts - unfortunately, doesn't last past two years. Bought 9 sets over a few months; oldest is just over two years and have holes in the seats of half my underwear. And I'm not a big person - 5'11" and less than 170lbs. Contacted the company - told they have a one year warranty. Not a good answer for the cost and the advertising as a premium brand. Frankly, Fruity of the Loom would last longer - More...

    Do not order online!! Make sure you call and speak to a representative and have them walk you through the measuring process. It is not clear. My blinds were 3 inches too short because they count the mounting valance as part of the measurement. Since I started my order online, they told me that I should have known this and should have read their website more carefully. They have a scripted response to this and it appeared obvious that this problem was something they were used to dealing with and were not willing to rectify.     HRM USA website advertised "up to 20%" discount off order if you mail in your old heartrate monitor for recycling. They instruct you to include a note with the old monitor saying what you wish to order with the discount. The website did not explain how to get the full amount of "up to 20% off" so I called to inquire, and was told that for any old monitor I sent in I would get 20% off my order. So I sent in my monitor with a note ordering the "FR60 Heart Rate Monitor bundle with Footpod and Premium Cheststrap" for $136.20, plus a tube of cream. They sent the... More...
