Baseball Plus, Hicksville,NY - Marucci wood baseball bat

Purchased a $200.00 Marucci wood baseball bat at 6pm friday, used the bat at 8pm. The bat cracked and gouged after one use, clearly defective! At 11am the next morning 17 hours later, I brought the bat back. They said it was clearly defective but refused to do anything about it because it was used. I now have to deal with the company which should be the responsibility of Baseball Plus, since they are the ones selling the bat. I have to purchase another bat (from a different place obviously), lay out another $200, bad business practice, bad customer service = BAD REVIEW do not purchase anything of significance from this company ever because once you open it, they will NOT stand by their promise.
