I had been a happy customer of Overnight Prints since I first used them about 8 years ago. I've been doing more printing lately and started to use them again over the last few months. Recently one small but important booklet order (56762543) completely missed the deadline because the plant stalled the printing and let it sit in limbo without notifying anyone. It was for an out-of-town business presentation and I was counting on this company (mistake). I finally called OP to find out where order was and, and found out there was no way it would reach me in time, even though it had been placed 10 days prior. I think their name means that the printing happens 24/7, but on their best days it still takes 2-3 days for an order to come through. Still super fast, but my order's mysterious disappearance and long delay meant I spent many hours on the phone with Cust Svc trying to figure it out then scurry over to FEDEX/KINKO's to make an inferior project at 4x the cost. This is NOT what I wanted to be doing the day before a big presentation. While every human I worked with was nice enough, it was amazing that all the company wouldn't allow them to offer me anything but an attempt at expediting the shipment and not charging me for it. They also said they'd refund the order once it returned, though that requires me to spend more of my own time bringing it to a UPS place. They did offer a promo code for a future offer. Feels VERY cheap to me, especially for a big company like that. I guess I would've liked them to offer more coupons and to not make me have to beg for something other than shipping.
