Efaucet.com quick to charge slow to credit - Commode


Purchased a product online from efaucet.com on 1/1/2015 in which my credit card was charged the same day. Sent four emails to efaucet for a status on my order, whereupon efaucet responded on 1/7/2015 I would receive tracking information on my order within 24-48 hours. Emailed efaucet again on 1/12/2015 that unless I received tracking information on my order by the end of the day, I would be disputing the charge to my credit card. Efaucet responded back on 1/12/2015 that my order was cancelled but as of 1/22/2015 has yet to credit the cancellation.
